Shipping
All orders received before 1pm EST are processed the same day provided the item(s) are in stock (this does not necessarily apply to orders that take advantage of flat rate or free shipping). Any items that are not in stock will be ordered or drop shipped, and are guaranteed to arrive within the parameters set below. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority and there may be an additional fee. For expedited shipping please select your desired shipping at checkout or call us at 800-655-1460 and we will get your order processed same day for quick delivery.
Orders may be drop shipped out of several warehouses around the USA. When available, we will drop ship out of the closest warehouse to ensure low time in transit. (Drop shipping is available on "ground" level delivery service and above)
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx. Some drop shipments and flat rate shipping orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or other carriers. Actual shipping cost will be charged on some oversized and hazardous items. Oversized and hazardous items can include but are not limited to: Aqua Carts, Rims, Batteries, Fire Extinguishers, or any other item commonly deemed hazardous or oversized by the USPS, FedEx or UPS, and any other items weighing over 40 pounds or being shipped in multiple boxes. You will be notified if any shipping adjustment is required for your order via email and the order status page. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Tracking numbers are not available on some drop shipments. Insurance is available on any package for an additional cost, please call or email us for information and pricing.
All web orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
We do ship internationally and can provide lower cost options via USPS at the customer’s discretion. Tracking is available via a Customs Number and insurance is optional on any order. We do not take responsibility for any orders shipped USPS. International order shipping prices will be adjusted to actual shipping cost. Please refer to our international order policies.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns require an RMA number. Please call or email us before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.
Returns must be like new condition and in original packaging to receive return credit. Please do not write on the product packaging. If you are returning or exchanging a part, please take the time to package it properly and make sure that you have tracking information in case of a lost or damaged in transit situation. Items returned must be in resaleable condition to recieve credit. We will not accept returns for credit that are not in like new condition. This includes exhaust systems that have been run on the bike, and helmets that have been worn outdoors. (If you wouldn't want to buy it in the condition that you send it back to us in, no one else wants to either)
A 20% restocking fee may apply on some returned items. We work closely with our suppliers to avoid these fees, but they may apply in some instances. We will only charge a restocking fee if we incur one. Please contact us before shipping back any product, as any returned product without a prior RMA will not be accepted.
A 40% restocking fee may be charged on OEM products.
No returns on electrical parts, chemicals, or closeout parts.

Defective items are not warranted by Jazz Motorsports. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval. We will do our best to help you in the case of defective products, please call or email us for more information.
When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. Jazz Motorsports does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping unless in the case of a mis-shipment or application error on our part. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Competitor Price Matching
Jazz Motorsports will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry, we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to sales@jazzmotorsports.com. Please be sure to include a link to the competing web site or the print ad out of a current magazine. After we verify the product and its price we will contact you. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include closeout, blemished, auctions, etc). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion; please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.
Out of Stocks and Backorders
We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day of your order. Items are considered out of stock if they cannot be delivered within the selected shipping parameters. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and receive a 100% refund, or you may choose to backorder the item.
Backorders are charged 100% up front and shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel the backorder at any time before shipping with no fee, excluding special orders. Special orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not always have a reliable ETA on backorders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to actually get more products to us, and we always do our best to get the products to you in a timely manner.
We may have other equivalent products available that are not listed on the website due to continually changing product lines. You may call or email and we will always do our best to help find you what you need.
Shipping Fees
Flat Rate Shipping
Flat rate shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 business days. These orders will ship out of our headquarters in Maumee, Ohio and are processed in the order they are received. Normally these items arrive in around a week, but can take up to 14 business days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders which include USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will typically ship via the lowest cost provider. Flat Rate Shipping listed online is not applicable on some oversize items, packages to Alaska and Hawaii, and international orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged. You will be contacted if any adjustment is required for shipping unless you have provided prior verbal or written consent.
Standard and Overnight Shipping
Selecting the Standard Shipping Option will ensure that your item will ship out the same day provided the order is received by 1PM EST and is in stock. We ship from several warehouses around the country, and will select the closest to you for the fastest shipping times. Selecting a Standard Shipping rate does not necessarily mean your order will ship out of our Ohio location. Ground shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 6 business days, 2 Day Express is guaranteed in 2 days, and Overnight is guaranteed next business day delivery. Keep in mind that orders placed after 1PM EST are not guaranteed to process the same day. Example: If you place an order Thursday at 3PM for next day delivery, it may not arrive until Monday. We will do our best to process all orders same day, if you have questions please call us at 800-655-1460.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

International Orders
International orders are always welcome. All international orders must be confirmed through us first. You may place your order online or via email. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.
We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS Priority International, or any provider of your choice. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days. All international orders are shipped on Fridays.

Jazz Motorsports is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one, please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time. Pricing may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel orders with notice at our discretion.
